Henry Ian Cusick, 42, is a Scottish actor who plays Desmond on the TV Show Lost and he is sued by a former ABC employee. Chelsea Stone sustains that he sexually harassed her and she filed a lawsuit against him.
“Placed his face on top of her breasts, moving his face from side to side,” reps said. Chelsea Stone complained to her supervisor, but he told her to stay away from Henry Ian Cusick and after 12 days she lost her job. Chelsea was an ABC employee since 1997 and it seems that she was fired because of this incident.
Chelsea Stone also filed a lawsuit against ABC and Grass Skirt Productions for firing her with no clear reason.
Henry Ian Cusick’s rep didn’t want to offer journalists any details, but we know for sure that Stone wants some reparations.
