Last Night it’s been the American Idol 2009 finale and we’ve got a winner ! Kris Allen, 23, is a young man from Conway, Arkansas, and managed to perform better than the favorite, Adam Lambert.

Adam Lambert, 26, was considered the winner almost from the beginning of the competition but it seems his fans were wrong and the public preferred Kris Allen last night. Last night it’s been a record, more than 100 million people voting for their two favorites.

“Are you serious? Are you friggin’ serious?” Kris Allen asked when Ryan Seacrest told him that he’s the winner, because he couldn’t believe it.

Kris Allen was asked how it felt to win and he said, “It feels good, but Adam deserves this.”
