Sean Penn accused by paparazzi

The actor Sean Penn is accused of a paparazzi who says that friday night while he was doing his work, photographing the star at the exit of a restaurant,  he begins to strike him.
The photographer declared the: “He beelined it for me and started kicking me in the legs. As I was backing away,
I was still shooting. Then he got me to the other side of the street and punched me in the arm and in my camera.”
