The prenup deal between Lamar Odom and Khloe Karsashian is orally agreed, not yet inked – Lamar gets to keep his earnings separate, even if Khloe got more than he initially offered.

Khloe will get an annual lump sum, which will not go up or down throughout the marriage.
During the negotiations, Khloe helped by her mother, Kris, got Lamar Odom agree to buy a nice and expensive house for both of them that is probably evaluated at $5 million minimum.
