Michael Jackson’s Will is invalid?

According to the will, it was signed in Los Angeles on July 7, 2002, but it seems that Michael Jackson was in New York City on that date, says Randy Jackson who believes the signature is a fake.

Howard Weitzman, the lawyer for the estate, denies this statement and says that the signature is valid and the witnesses saw Jackson put pen to paper.

It is confirmed now that Michael signed the will on July 7, 2002 in New York City and the reference to Los Angeles is a mistake made by the witnesses to the will that simply forgot where he was.

Even if this testament was invalid, the 1997 will creates a trust, living the same percentage to the same people — Katherine Jackson gets 40% for her lifetime, MJ’s kids get 40% and the remaining 20% goes to charity.
