Eddie Murphy sells house at half price

It seems that the global crisis is affecting Eddie Murphy too. Eddie was forced to put a price on the house – $15 million.

The star put his New Jersey estate on the market almost five years ago, with a price tag of $30 million but he didn’t manage to sell it.
The property is beautiful..bowling alley, theatre and recording studio and is 10 minutes away from Manhattan.
