Marriage does not bring us "strange situations." Marriage brings gays and lesbians acceptance, validation, and legal protection. When I told my mom I was gay, she cried. At my wedding 15 years later, she cried again, but they were tears of happiness as her son, who she loves and has come to fully accept, was marrying the man he loved. You don't have to accept same sex marriage or enter into one yourself, but I encourage you to at least open your heart to allow us the right to legally marry. I am grateful for the Kardashians' support. But hey, we will take whatever support we can get ; even if from a guy that is constantly getting in trouble. Are we sure that wasn't a typo? I still cannot envision him doing that!
