Robert Pattinson was amazed how obsessive were his fans during the dying scene in “The Twilight Saga: New Moon.”
They travelled just to see a little part of the movie, only a scene.

The Twilight star declared to Chicago Sun-Times newspaper: “I have a scene in the new movie where I’m about to reveal myself in the sunlight, which will mean the death of Edward Cullen. We shot it in a town square in Italy and it was the closest moment I came to realizing the fan attachment to this character.”
“People from around the world heard about the filming and flew into that town square to see Edward Cullen die. Most wanted to stop him from taking that one step into the light. Honestly, I felt this weight of anticipation and the responsibility to the fans who are obsessed with these stories.”
“I was getting really paranoid. It’s not always easy. But whining won’t change anything.”
