Supermodel Kate Moss criticized by eating disorder experts

Kate Moss has like motto a phrase used on Web sites that encourage girls to avoid eating.
She declared at an interview with the fashion Web site WWD that “nothing tastes as good as skinny feels”.
Mary George from British eating-disorder charity Beat said that Moss’s words are “very unfortunate.”

“Comments like this make it even more difficult for young people struggling with an eating disorder,” Mary George
said.

Moss is  35 years old and she is famous for her waif-like look, which was a trend for super-thin models in the 1990`s.  The agency that represent Moss declared that her words have been misinterpreted: “This was part of a longer answer
Kate gave during a wider-ranging interview, which has unfortunately been taken out of context and completely
misrepresented.  For the record, Kate does not support this as a lifestyle choice.”
