Britney Spears ex-boyfriend goes to jail because of an accident

Ex-boyfriend of pop star Britney Spears received a 45 days sentence in prison on Friday for leaving the scene of an accident earlier this year.

The photographer Adnan Ghalib who became friend with the singer also received a sentence from Van Nuys
Superior Court Judge Susan Speer: to complete a 52-week anger management program and to perform 45 days of community service.

The cause for this punishment was an incident on February 11, when Adnan Ghalib tried to flee a process server attempting to issue a restraining order obtained by Britney Spears father against him. Ghalib
took his Mercedes-Benz sport car and drove towards the server. Adnan caused him a broken wrist because he wasforced to jump on the car.

The charges were assault with a deadly weapon and battery.
