The TV series “Jon & Kate Plus 8″ gets to an end

“Jon & Kate Plus 8″ was a reality television show produced in the United States by Figure 8 Films about the Gosselin family (Jon and Kate and their eight children). The show was about the family through their daily lives:  raising multiple children, new challenges and ussual things.

The show had the highest rate through the programs running on TLC during its run. The fifth season premiere was been a record: 9.8 million viewers, the most watched show of that evening including broadcast television.

The TV series “Jon & Kate Plus 8″ ended this week after five seasons due to the disagreements between Jon and Kate. Kate declared direct-to-camera: ” The kids are already missing. I became more educated about myself… I felt like I was free”.

The last edition showed the separate activities with each parent. Kate goes with the kids at a farm with cows and Jon organized a lemon stand to collect founds for the local fire department. But this wasn’t fun at all because twins, Mady and Cara, start complaining: ““I like stuff we do with Mommy.”, so Jon snapped: “Alright, you’re gonna go into the house. Both of you… You’re unappreciative.”
