The request for outright dismissal was rejected by the California 2nd District Court of Appeal, but the judged urged further investigation because they are pretty sure that is about a probable misconduct made by a now-deceased judge and a retired prosecutor.

People made a big scandal based on this, some of them angrily calling for Polanski to be imprisoned and others claimed his freedom.

The appeals court released the decision: “Even in light of our fundamental concern about the misconduct that has been alleged here with significant evidentiary support, flight was not Polanski’s only option. It was not even his best option”.

Superior Court Judge Peter Espinoza refused the case without Roman Polanski’s presence. This is based on a doctrine that denies court processes from those who run to avoid prosecution.

The notification said: “If Wells’s account is true, Judge Rittenband was ushered along a path of iniquity by an officer of the court with a personal axe to grind and no hesitation to engage in unethical ex parte communications and devise illegal, nonappealable sentences to circumvent the defendant’s due process and sentencing rights”.

A statement of district attorney’s office included the following notice: “The ruling today by the Court of Appeals is another step in the resolution of the Polanski sentencing. We await a decision by the Swiss courts on his extradition to Los Angeles so all issues can be resolved by the Superior Court”.

The appeals court said that more important are fundamental fairness and justice than the adjudication and sentence of any one individual.

Those films were selected by the academy’s visual effects branch executive committee and finally they will select only three films for Oscar nominations and the awards will be presented on March 7.

Justice Ministry spokesman Folco Galli said that Roman Polanski has yet to fulfill all the requirements to ensure
that he stays in his chalet in the Swiss luxury resort of Gstaad, before he gets placed under house arrest in
Switzerland: “He will not be transferred to Gstaad today or during the weekend”. Also the film-maker didn’t pay the bond of $4.5 million which counts among bail conditions set by the court.

The last two months Polanski lived in a cell with a table, a bed, a wall cupboard, a washbasin, a toilet and a
television. Also he has been given tracksuits to wear and five francs a day in pocket money.

Tom Polanski has never returned to the United States since fleeing three decades ago so he was not able to
present himself at the Oscar award for his movie “The Pianist” in 2003.

The film-maker was accused of raping the girl after plying her with champagne and a Quaalude pill during a
modeling shoot in 1977. Initially he indicted six felony counts, two of them are rape by use of drugs, child
molesting and sodomy, but he pleaded guilty to the lesser charge of unlawful sexual intercourse.

As a response at the decision of Swiss justice ministry, Interpol Secretary General Ronald Noble said: “Mr Polanski has given us more than 30 years of proof that he does not feel bound to respect any court decision with which he does not agree.Given Mr Polanski’s history of international travel while defying a judicial order, a 4.5 million dollar bail and an electronic bracelet does not mean that law enforcement lets its global guard down. If Mr Polanski defies the conditions of his release, no country should welcome, offer safe haven to, or defend his conduct”.

It seemed weird that Stacey called just once about her husband in during the period, so they reopened the case. After some more investigations, they realized they had the wrong fingerprints. Near her husbands body there were a bottle of anti freeze and a glass.

Waylett was driving in Westminster when the police pulled him over because he was behaving suspiciously. He and his passenger were taken to the police station because they were carying eight bags of cannabis in thecar. After this, his home was raided by the autorities which found ten mature plants of cannabis, worth around $3,000.

Both men have bailed and will return in court in July.

Gigi has had his Mercedes S500 stolen on January 27 and he managed to recover the car by himself in less than an hour, being an influential man. Then he invited the thieves to have a meal with him and offered them money to get home by taxi.

This was featured in all Romanian media at that date and Gigi Becali even had a tape of him and the thieves enjoying the meal and talking. Nothing happened and Gigi was only angry they changed his default radio station in the car.

Everything was ok, until April 3rd, when the police entered the businessman’s home by force and got him and his bodyguards arrested. The reason is the thieves complained that they were held in his home by force and beaten, even the video shows none of this happened.

Now Gigi Becali and all his bodyguards are in prison for 29 days, until the police can make further investigations and find out what the truth is. Also they considered the businessman is too dangerous and has to stay in custody, along with his bodyguards.

She is also called Foxy Knoxy, which means the devil with an angel’s face and there are 11 pages on Facebook about her, of which 7 about her innocence, while 4 show why is she pure evil. Both Amanda Knox and Raffaele Sollecito, her boyfriend, are chanrge for murdering Amanda’s rommate, Meredith Kercher, but they pleased not guilty.

The couple will go back in court today and we shall see if they remain free or go to prison. Last time Amanda went to court, she was wearing a T-shirt quoting “All You need is love”. Paradoxally, it didn’t seem to be love what they did to her roomate, but that’s not my own business.

Prosecutor Giuliano Mignini stated that they killed Kercher because she refused a drugged sex-game with Amanda Knox, Sollecito and Rudy Hermann Guede. Mignini also said that Sollecito held Meredith Kercher by her wrists, while Guede sexually assalted her and Knox poked her with a knife.

The crime seen became tourist attraction in Italy and has been broken into twice, according to Italian police officials.

On November 6, 2007, Amanda Knox and Raffaele Sollencito were arrested and kept in prison while the investigation continued, because the judge considered they were able to commit another crime of flee the country.

Currently, Amanda Knox is considered the fatal woman in Italy and almost everyone heard that she and her boyfriend commited the murder. She is mostly known for her nickname, Foxy Knoxy, that newspapers found on her Myspace profile. But parents said it has nothing to do with “devil with an angel’s face”, but the way she was playing football. According to them, her colleagues called her Foxy Knoxy, because she was quick like a fox.

Unlike the media in other European countries, in Italy they have much more rights and due to this there are a lot of investigation details leaked in the newspapers, like photos and video of Kercher’s body, Knox’s diary, and videos of Italian policemen carrying out the investigation.

According to Italian media, Amanda is a mastermind that manipulated and seduced her boyfriend to commit the murder and he is a weak person, that fell in love with her. Unlike Amanda and her boyfriend, Guede doesn’t have the chance for freedom anymore, because he has been convicted to 30 years of jail already.

Guede’s fingerprints were found in the house and the policemen linked Kercher’s body to his DNA, so this convicted him. He also pleaded not guilty, but said he was in the house that night and was in the bathroom when she was killed. Yeah right, and he was farting so loud that he didn’t hear anything.

Now Amanda and her boyfriend hope they have a chance to get rid of this not guilty, but everything points to them as the murderers and they also lied a lot during the process, which makes their credibility negative.
